EVENT PRICING
Base Service Fee (Includes Setup + On-Site Time):
2 hours (minimum): $100
3 hours: $125
4 hours: $150
Additional time: $40 per hour
Per Magnet Pricing (Minimum 25 Magnets):
25-99 tickets (magnets): $5.00 each
100-199 tickets (magnets): $4.50 each
200+ tickets (magnets): $4.00 each
RAFFLE
Each magnet includes a ticket entry to win a free set of 4 custom magnets, redeemable at any time.
TRAVEL FEE
First 20 miles from Benton, Arkansas: Free
Over 20 miles: $0.50 per mile (round trip)
